Here’s the part most people don’t know: you can bring us items you bought anywhere and we’ll engrave them. Tumblers, knives, watches, cutting boards, instruments, gifts — if it fits in the laser and takes a mark, our team has probably engraved one. We’ve been personalizing things for Little Rock for 46 years, all in-house on West 12th Street.

How it works
Tell us what you need engraved — walk in with it, call 501-666-1502, or note it on a quote request. We'll confirm the material works, set your text or artwork, and have it ready in 4–5 business days (rush available). Want to see exactly how it'll look first? Request a digital proof (small per-order fee — see the FAQ) and production won't start until you approve.

Common questions
Can I bring in my own item to be engraved?
Yes! We encourage it. There are some limitations depending on material and shape, but generally speaking we can customize almost anything you bring us. Call first if you’re unsure about the item.
Can you engrave a photo of a person or pet?
Usually we recommend against it — the photo has to be near-perfect (sharp, high resolution, plain background, black and white). We do have workarounds for some items, so talk to a salesperson before you count on it.
What file format do you need for a logo?
Vector artwork (CorelDraw, Illustrator, EPS, or PDF with text outlined) is best. Otherwise a 1-bit black-and-white image at 300 DPI or better. Website logos at 72 DPI won’t engrave cleanly — ask your graphics person for the high-res original.
How long does engraving take in Little Rock?
Normal turnaround is 4–5 business days once we have your item and your wording. Rush service (under 3 business days) adds 25% and is usually ready by 11am on pickup day.
